📦 Delivery Area

This shipping policy currently applies to orders delivered within Germany only.
For international orders, please contact us directly via email at info@prestige-home.de.

🚚 Delivery Time

Indoor & Outdoor Furniture: 5–10 business days
Garden & Tooling Products: 2–5 business days (if in stock)
Made-to-order or large items: 10–15 business days
Electronic or electric products (e.g. LED lighting): 5–10 business days (may vary based on compliance checks)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

💰 Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (small items): €5.90
Free shipping on orders over €100
Large or heavy items: Shipping cost is calculated based on size and weight at checkout.
Note: Orders containing both small and large items may arrive in separate shipments.

🚛 Delivery Partners

We work with reliable delivery services such as DHL, DPD, and professional freight carriers for larger or bulky items.

⚡️ Shipping of Electronic Items

All electronic products comply with applicable EU and German regulations (including WEEE/EAR registration).
Electronic or electrical items may be shipped with special packaging or transport labeling.
Delivery times may vary slightly for these products due to additional safety and compliance requirements.

📌 Important Notes

Deliveries are made to the curbside (ground level). Carry-in service is not included unless otherwise arranged.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accessible during standard delivery hours.
In case of delays, we will notify you immediately via email.
