📦 Return Period & Conditions
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Made-to-order or customized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
We will respond with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
💸 Return Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping is free for damaged or faulty items.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may apply.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Prestige Home is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit if they are sent without our label.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened bedding, personal-use tools) may not be eligible for return.
